All our orders are processed the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order has been registered on a public holiday, in which case it will be processed the next working day. We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it will be processed within the next hour. Orders are dispatched from our premises before 18:00 hours the same day, if the order is placed after 18:00 hours, it will be dispatched the following day. We ship to all countries by land, air & sea depending on the country of delivery, which allows us to offer an international service. Estimated average delivery times: · Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) + Portugal: 12 - 24 Hours. · Spain (Canary Islands): 5 - 7 Days. · Rest of Europe: 48 - 72 Hours. · United States, Canada & South America: 10 - 12 Days. · Rest of the world: 2 - 4 weeks.
